No cancellation you can only reschedule once within 15 days from the Old appointment time 

Payment policy full payment is required before starting any job 

Grace period policy.

Clients have 15 minutes. Great period or the job will be put a cancel and has to pay $100 cover, travel expense. Once we reach to the client 

Clients need to get 15 to 30 minutes grace period of the starting time of the job, depending on traffic
